  • Joshua A. Vaughn Sr., DVM

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Vaughn is a 2006 graduate of Auburn University, College of Veterinary Medicine. He practiced in Winchester, Tennessee for four years before making his home in Maury County in 2010. He was raised in western Kentucky but proudly anchors himself to his chosen home. Dr. Vaughn and his wife, Lindsey, have three children (Andy, Lilly and Ollie). Besides raising children on their farm, they raise Irish Dexter Cattle and a few donkeys and chickens. He and his family are members of Columbia First Baptist Church (First Family) and are active with their children in school, scout, and soccer activities. Dr. Vaughn's special interest in veterinary medicine lies in surgery, particularly pain sparing laser procedures and less invasive methods to produce rapid healing.

  • Brian J. Pelleggi, DVM

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Brian Pileggi grew up in western New York but has also lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Kansas. He has lived here in Columbia for the past 6 years after moving from northern Indiana. He and his wife, Sara, met in Indiana and currently have 3 boys, 1 dog, 2 frogs and 2 fish.

    Dr. Pileggi went to undergraduate studies at Messiah College in Grantham, PA and attended veterinary school at Kansas State University (GO WILDCATS!!). He graduated veterinary school in 2004.

    Currently, Dr. Pileggi and his family attend worship at The First Baptist Church in Columbia. In their spare time, he and his family enjoy various sports including baseball, football and soccer and love watching movies.

  • Lindsey Vaughn

    Practice Manager

    Since 2003, Lindsey has gained wide variety of experience in the veterinary field, having been  a nurse at the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital, a private practice receptionist/assistant and  an after hours emergency veterinary assistant. She is the mother of three human children and several fur babies. Lindsey divides her time between work, children's activities and church.

    Receptionist

    Pandi grew up in Lewisburg, TN. She is the mom to two cat fur babies;  Oreo, and Tigger. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as reading. She is thrilled to be working for CHFA and takes great joy in getting to love on your fur baby!
